Welcome to Not Just Gifts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following policies.


1. Order Acceptance & Process

  • Offer to Purchase: Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase, which is subject to our acceptance.

  • Confirmation vs. Acceptance: A receipt of order confirmation (via email, SMS, or push notification) signifies that we have received your request; it does not constitute an acceptance of your order or a confirmation of our offer to sell.

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right at any time to accept, decline, or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  • Remedy for Cancellation: If Not Just Gifts cancels all or part of your order, your sole remedy is a credit/refund to your original payment method for the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

2. Payments

  • Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Maestro, American Express, Debit Cards, and various Digital Wallets.

  • Third-Party Gateways: All payments made through our website are subject to the specific terms and conditions of our third-party payment gateway providers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery Time: 8–12 working days.

  • Courier Partners: Deliveries are handled by third-party services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart). All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of these courier companies.

  • Estimated Dates: Delivery dates are estimates only. Orders may arrive slightly before or after the estimated date.

  • Service Hours: Please note that our courier partners do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: * The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

    • If the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, the address is incorrect, or the recipient refuses the package, the delivery shall be deemed executed.

    • In such cases, you will still be charged for the order.

  • Alternative Drop-off: If the recipient is unavailable, they may instruct the delivery person to leave the order at a gate, reception, or with a neighbor.

4. Execution of Order

We consider an order successfully "executed" under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect shipping or delivery address provided by the customer.

  2. Recipient not available during delivery attempts.

  3. Premises locked.

  4. Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

5. Duplicate Orders

  • If you accidentally place two or more identical orders, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate order.

  • If we identify a duplicate order and cannot reach you for confirmation, Not Just Gifts reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the fulfillment or cancellation of that order on your behalf.

6. Personal Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including recipient name and shipping address) for all purchases. Failure to provide accurate details may lead to delivery failure for which Not Just Gifts is not liable.
